Rest In Peace Baby Olivia Griffin 11-20-2008

Yesterday was a tragic day in our family. My cousin and his girlfriend went to the hospital thinking she was about to have her baby only to find out she is now an angel watching over us. Olivia Griffin was born 11-20-2008 sometime in the afternoon. We miss you so much Olivia. You are now free from any pain that you may have been caused and any tragedy you may have experienced. We love you. Uncle Bud, Aunt Diane, Uncle Gary and Great Grandpa Eddie will all take care of you.

Election Day

So today is Election day. This is the first time I have ever gotten to vote. It was a little weird but I am glad that I went out there and voted. I am happy with the decision I made. I am happy with the person I voted for and It was nice to perform my civic duty as an American. I am happy that I decided to exercise my right to vote. I even got my little I voted sticker.

Halloween...

For Halloween this year it took some imagination to get Julian's costume together but we were able to do it. He really loved his costume this year. It looks so cool. We had a lot of fun dressing him up and putting the face paint on his face. This year Julian was the Hulk. He loved it.



Zoey went as Mulan for halloween. It is so crazy cause she dont even look like zoey. It so so weird lol. Taylor went as Mulan as well. They both looked cute.



As you can see, Dezmond went as batman. His little cape on the back of his shirt is so adorable. Then again Dez is adorable lol. Overall it was a good Halloween.

Chef Manardee

So last night my brother decided to cook dinner for us. He wanted to cook us Carne Asada but there is a lot of people living at my house so we went with a cheaper dinner. We had Chicken Fajitas. Man they were soo good. I believe that he cut up like 5 lbs of chicken. We bought that much chicken because my cousin and her husband were supposed to come over for dinner but they didn't. Because they didn't show up we had to put half of the chicken that was cut up away for a different night. Man, I never realized how much my brother has grown up. Seeing him cut up all the veggies and all that chicken and then marinating it and then frying it just made me realize all of that. The crazy thing is he likes doing all that. I think that if my brother went to a culinary arts school he would do very good. He even likes to cook with all those weird spices that chefs who go to school for all that use. He was going to add something like dill weed to the chicken but we talked him out of it lol. We told him this is Mexican food and he can't put that in there. He tried fighting us on it but he was okay with not putting it in there. Anyways, The pics you see are pictures of when he started and then the final product.

These next couple weeks...

Okay everyone so these next couple of weeks I will be doing a bit more posting. My brother Leo flew down from Arizona for a visit. He is going to be here until December 11th. I am so very happy to have him here. So far we haven't done too much. We went over to our sisters house and played Rock Band and just a couple days ago we all went out to dinner. That was a lot of fun. It was Julian, Keith, Melissa, Leo and I who went. We all went to Chili's. It was so much fun. It is so nice having my brother here. I really wished that they all lived a lot closer. The picture that I have posted with this blog is one with all of us home at night just watching Cable Guy. Funny movie. We all had a bunch of laughs watching it. As you can see from the picture it was night time and we were all in our comfortable clothes. In the picture is Julian, Leo, Jerry and my mom.

So, I am here to say that I will be putting some new blogs up with some pics I took when I was with my sister. One day my cousin and I went to her house and played Rockband 2 and then I went to Willow Park Zoo with her, Keith, Lexus, and Julian. So later today I will be posting a blog about those two events. Just wanted to write a quick update.

So Sorry...

Okay, so I have not updated in a long time. Just been so busy and pre-occupied with so many other things. We had a baby shower the other day for my cousin's girlfriend. That was not too too bad but man I tell ya it was one interesting day all together. Kinda a good bad type of way lol. After the baby shower we went to my house and Isabel (my cousin) and all of us girls visited for awhile. Hailey ended up going home around 4 ish because she had to go get ready for work. Isabel's husband Eric came over and then him and my dad went to the store. They bought stuff for dinner and we had over for dinner our family of course, Melissa was even there. It was a lot of fun. After dinner we all sat on the floor and played mad gab. I was pissed at first because my cousin jerry was being a major asshole. But we all played and it was a lot of fun. Another thing that happened is my father and his family all moved to New Mexico. That really sucked because we were finally getting close to him and he just ups and leaves. I haven't heard from him since though and that really sucks. I am also worried about him because I think something is going on with him that he won't tell anyone about. I just hope that this is the one thing that I am wrong about. So last night I cleaned my room. I kinda re-arranged it also. Looks a lot better and must I say it is so nice sleeping in a clean. So yeah, I got this weekend off and I am just so happy. It sure is nice getting the weekends off. Anyways, Ill post again later. I am at work right now so it is kind of hard to write when the damn phones wont stop ringing. Well they aren't ringing, just ME, Bob, and Hefer are not answering phones.
