Bored

All I have to say is this sucks. I hate how the stupidest smallest things can greatly affect so many things. One thing is there and then it is gone. It sucks. Things change I guess sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad. Don't know whether this is a good or bad change. I guess we will find out. If I had known a year ago what I know now would I have changed things a year ago...No I wouldn't have. Some things in the past that I have done more recently yeah those things I would have changed in a heart beat. But I guess not all of us can be happy. Anyone who knows me and reads this knows what I am talking about. I guess this really is the only way I can express things on my mind.

Rest In Peace Baby Olivia Griffin 11-20-2008

Yesterday was a tragic day in our family. My cousin and his girlfriend went to the hospital thinking she was about to have her baby only to find out she is now an angel watching over us. Olivia Griffin was born 11-20-2008 sometime in the afternoon. We miss you so much Olivia. You are now free from any pain that you may have been caused and any tragedy you may have experienced. We love you. Uncle Bud, Aunt Diane, Uncle Gary and Great Grandpa Eddie will all take care of you.

Election Day

So today is Election day. This is the first time I have ever gotten to vote. It was a little weird but I am glad that I went out there and voted. I am happy with the decision I made. I am happy with the person I voted for and It was nice to perform my civic duty as an American. I am happy that I decided to exercise my right to vote. I even got my little I voted sticker.

Halloween...

For Halloween this year it took some imagination to get Julian's costume together but we were able to do it. He really loved his costume this year. It looks so cool. We had a lot of fun dressing him up and putting the face paint on his face. This year Julian was the Hulk. He loved it.



Zoey went as Mulan for halloween. It is so crazy cause she dont even look like zoey. It so so weird lol. Taylor went as Mulan as well. They both looked cute.



As you can see, Dezmond went as batman. His little cape on the back of his shirt is so adorable. Then again Dez is adorable lol. Overall it was a good Halloween.

Chef Manardee

So last night my brother decided to cook dinner for us. He wanted to cook us Carne Asada but there is a lot of people living at my house so we went with a cheaper dinner. We had Chicken Fajitas. Man they were soo good. I believe that he cut up like 5 lbs of chicken. We bought that much chicken because my cousin and her husband were supposed to come over for dinner but they didn't. Because they didn't show up we had to put half of the chicken that was cut up away for a different night. Man, I never realized how much my brother has grown up. Seeing him cut up all the veggies and all that chicken and then marinating it and then frying it just made me realize all of that. The crazy thing is he likes doing all that. I think that if my brother went to a culinary arts school he would do very good. He even likes to cook with all those weird spices that chefs who go to school for all that use. He was going to add something like dill weed to the chicken but we talked him out of it lol. We told him this is Mexican food and he can't put that in there. He tried fighting us on it but he was okay with not putting it in there. Anyways, The pics you see are pictures of when he started and then the final product.

These next couple weeks...

Okay everyone so these next couple of weeks I will be doing a bit more posting. My brother Leo flew down from Arizona for a visit. He is going to be here until December 11th. I am so very happy to have him here. So far we haven't done too much. We went over to our sisters house and played Rock Band and just a couple days ago we all went out to dinner. That was a lot of fun. It was Julian, Keith, Melissa, Leo and I who went. We all went to Chili's. It was so much fun. It is so nice having my brother here. I really wished that they all lived a lot closer. The picture that I have posted with this blog is one with all of us home at night just watching Cable Guy. Funny movie. We all had a bunch of laughs watching it. As you can see from the picture it was night time and we were all in our comfortable clothes. In the picture is Julian, Leo, Jerry and my mom.

So, I am here to say that I will be putting some new blogs up with some pics I took when I was with my sister. One day my cousin and I went to her house and played Rockband 2 and then I went to Willow Park Zoo with her, Keith, Lexus, and Julian. So later today I will be posting a blog about those two events. Just wanted to write a quick update.

So Sorry...

Okay, so I have not updated in a long time. Just been so busy and pre-occupied with so many other things. We had a baby shower the other day for my cousin's girlfriend. That was not too too bad but man I tell ya it was one interesting day all together. Kinda a good bad type of way lol. After the baby shower we went to my house and Isabel (my cousin) and all of us girls visited for awhile. Hailey ended up going home around 4 ish because she had to go get ready for work. Isabel's husband Eric came over and then him and my dad went to the store. They bought stuff for dinner and we had over for dinner our family of course, Melissa was even there. It was a lot of fun. After dinner we all sat on the floor and played mad gab. I was pissed at first because my cousin jerry was being a major asshole. But we all played and it was a lot of fun. Another thing that happened is my father and his family all moved to New Mexico. That really sucked because we were finally getting close to him and he just ups and leaves. I haven't heard from him since though and that really sucks. I am also worried about him because I think something is going on with him that he won't tell anyone about. I just hope that this is the one thing that I am wrong about. So last night I cleaned my room. I kinda re-arranged it also. Looks a lot better and must I say it is so nice sleeping in a clean. So yeah, I got this weekend off and I am just so happy. It sure is nice getting the weekends off. Anyways, Ill post again later. I am at work right now so it is kind of hard to write when the damn phones wont stop ringing. Well they aren't ringing, just ME, Bob, and Hefer are not answering phones.

Quickie Blog

Hello this extremely early morning. To the left is a picture of this lovely morning. I thought the sunrise was so pretty, I had to take a picture. I shouldn't be awake yet but I had to come into work an hour early so that we could save on gas. So I am here playing on the computer for an hour. Just thought I would come and blog about last night. My cousin and I went over to my sister's house. We went there around 10:00 PM and didn't get back to my house till about 3:00 AM. The reason is for the first couple hours we were playing this really fun game called FLAT OUT. Man that game is so much fun. The graphics on it are crazy. It is definitely a good party game. It was about 12:30 or so and we decided to go get a slurpee from 7-11. After we got back from there Melissa and I started going through one of the boxes of pictures that I brought over from my mom's house. It is crazy how pictures can bring back so many memories or just remind you of how young you were 10 years ago. We were all still little kids running around without a single worry in the world. Good times. I went to bed around 4:00 AM and boy am I really tired right now. It was really nice spending time with Melissa, Keith and Jerry. It's always nice to spend time with family. Anyways, I am going for now. Be back for some more blogging at a later time and until then just remember....It's not too late, It's never too late.

Sunday at the lake

Well by the title of the blog you can tell that this past Sunday that we went to the lake. We went to the lake out in Preston that is called Lamont. It is my favorite lake to go to. I wasn't even planning on going to the lake but I called Hailey and she invited me to go. Knowing that if Julian found out he would be really sad if I went without him so Brian (Hailey's Husband) said if we take my mom's car he would put gas in it and that way we would have enough room for everyone. So it was Taylor, Dezmond, Zoey, Julian, Hailey, Hailey's friend and myself. We had a full car but it was a lot of fun. I wish I would have actually been able to swim. With me not being able to get my ear wet I wasn't really able to swim much. But it was a lot of fun watching the kids enjoy the water. Definitely an interesting day...while we were there some little boy was riding a little floating device and he floated out towards the middle of the dock. He slipped off of it and went into the water. We didn't know he could swim until his mother yelled he can't swim. Once we heard that Hailey jumped into the water and brought the kid back up from under the water. When she did that I truly seen how much of a mother she is. I knew before that but when I seen her jump into the water to save that little boy I seen her mother instincts kick in. The little boy is safe and everyone was happy. So in the pictures are Zoey, Dezmond and Julian. Taylor was playing were I couldn't see her so I wasn't able to get any pictures of her.

Relections from a Mirror

I look in the mirror with a blank thought
Who is that person? Who is that person?
staring back at me? I look and see
Someone who is lost...
Someone who don't know who they are.
I see darkness, and Light
I keep looking and I wonder who is that
person...The reflection looks sad and lost
I am looking and the reflection is confused
I look deeper and I wonder what is going on
I take a long time and I wonder
Why is this person like this?
Who is this person looking back at me?
I look and I realize it is me.
That is when I ask myself...Who am I?
Why am I here? Why do I feel so lost?
I'm confused, I don't know who I am.
I'm looking at the mirror and I ask
myself...who am I?

NO SLEEP......

Okay, so today is the second day I have not been able to sleep. I have gotten a total of 2 hours in the past 48 hours. I am going crazy. I am just so tired and sitting here at work does not make it any better. Especially when there is 4 other operators that are signed on and only 2 of us will answer the damn phones. I just makes me so damn angry. Sorry, just had to vent there for a sec. My eyelids feel like they weigh about 60 lbs. I'm so dead but when I go home its like I can't sleep. It is so weird. I just want to go home and go to sleep so bad but I am stuck here at work for 5 more hours. Anyways, thats all for now and just remember It's not too late, It's never too late.

Just a quick blog about the past couple days...

Okay so here I am again. Sorry I haven't been back to blog but I have been resting from surgery that I had on the 23rd. The surgery itself went good but when I was coming out of the anesthesia my oxygen was really low. I was on 15 liters of oxygen by mask and my oxygen was still below 85. I had to stay overnight in the hospital. The doctor finally released me around 9 pm the next day. I was so happy to get out of there. A few days after my surgery my birth father drove from Ogden to come and visit. I was really happy that he came to see me. He brought my baby brother Hector and my baby sister Daisy. Hector is going to be starting school soon and daisy is almost 2 years old. Ya know when my father first met his current wife I couldn't stand her and i feel bad for feeling that way and when I found out she was pregnant I was so angry and said I would have nothing to do with my new siblings but I am glad I didn't stick with what I said because I love my two youngest siblings very much. The picture you see is of Hector and Daisy on my front porch. So all together I have 1 full blood sister and 1 full blood brother but all together I have 2 sisters and 6 brothers. It is a really long story and if I know ya you already know it, if i don't just ask but its really early in the morning and i haven't slept yet so I am gonna go for now. My 21st Birthday

So, I celebrated my 21st birthday. I had a lot of fun. I partied at exactly midnight with My cousin Jerry and my cousin Hailey. To the right is what we were drinking. If you cant really tell what is in the picture we have Smirnoff Vodka, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Orange Juice Chaser, Hawaiian Punch Chaser, Cups, Limes, Salt, and Shot Glasses. Jerry showed Hailey and I how to do tequila shots so first we started off with a couple of those and then we moved onto the vodka. Hailey and I pretty much drank most of the vodka. Jerry polished off the bottle of vodka. We had fun. We listened to music and just had a really good time. The greatest thing of all is I didn't have a hang over the next day. Jerry was still kind of drunk the next day. I don't remember much of that night but I do remember that I was the first to fall asleep. Jerry wrote Happy 21st on my right leg and Love ya and my left leg in permanent marker. I'm just glad he didn't write on my face. I guess Hailey had a penis and some really saggy boobs drawn on her legs. Good thing she don't wear shorts that often. So anyways I want to say thanks to everyone for everything. I had a lot of fun and definitely a good birthday. Well I am done for now. I will be blogging a lot more the next couple of days. I am out of work for 5 days strait. First Week of July

Okay, So the first week of July went by too quick. My grandparent drove down on July 1st and stayed for a week. I can not believe that they are already leaving. I am quite sad actually. This has been a fun week. July 2nd was my brother's birthday and my nephew's birthday and it was my grandparents 21st anniversary. Was a very busy day that is for sure. I was running all over the place. I just want to say that my grandparents look very good and healthy. My brother Julian and nephew Dezmond had a good birthday. Dez had a a classical first birthday party. He did what you see kids on tv do...He seen that cake and dove right into it. He was having a blast. Julian had a really good birthday also. He loved everything everyone got him. So now the first week of July is over and I am stuck here at work. It aint too bad though. I am working with my sister and its always nice to work with her. I speak for both of us though when I say we really wish we could be home instead of here for two reasons....1) We dont want to be here and 2) We want to say bye to our grandparents who are leaving today. Anyways, This is all I am going to do for now. Take care.
